I currently work at Sam’s Club here in Sarasota. Right now I am working part time as a cashier. It’s pretty simple, which is exactly what I need right now as a busy college student. I used to spend quite a bit more time here before I started school. I was originally hired at the Clearwater location as a cashier, where I worked for about a year. When I first started in Sarasota in September 2006, I was working as a supervisor, and then later helped out in the pharmacy as a technician. It wasn’t until last August that I started back as a cashier. Of course I haven’t worked at Sam’s all my life. I have held one rather unusual job while I still lived in Clearwater—as a pirate. Sounds like I’m just making it up, but it’s 100% true. It was called Captain Memo’s Pirate Cruise located on Clearwater Beach.
